Framed Guardian Angel Art
The concept of Guardian Angel is not new, in fact it was developed more than 15 centuries ago and an entire hierarchy exists. Over the course of time, the theology of angels has changed many times, but the core idea remains the same. The supernatural beings, are supposed to protect the person that God had assigned them to and their constant care is celebrated by FramedArt.com through Framed Guardian Angel Art. They exist in many faiths, although they are more popular in Christianity.
Thomas Aquinas was one of the first to develop and explain the concept of Guardian Angel thoroughly, with his definition surviving the test of time. In his vision, the angel guides one’s path and protects him from evil and this is exactly the sort of representation we can now enjoy in Framed Guardian Angel Art. Most of the painters who devoted a part of their lives to creating religious masterpieces have at least a couple of such paintings celebrating the supernatural beings.
Nowadays, the concept is more refined and the angels are simply providing the person they protect with suggestions and hints about how to do the right thing. Over the course of time, there were plenty of instances in which religious people were allegedly influenced or protected by their guardian angels. Some of these tales inspired painters to work on masterpieces and the finest examples can now become an integral part of personal collections of Framed Guardian Angel Art.
