Framed Trumpet Artwork
As musical instruments go, the trumpet is perhaps one of the oldest ones, being invented more than 2000 years ago. It belongs to the brass family and it can brag about being the highest register, being used for signaling purposes as well as the production of complex music. Regardless of the roles it served, the instrument is worth acknowledging and FramedArt.com does exactly that with its impressive assortment of Framed Trumpet Art.
Framed Trumpet Art feature instruments produced both prior and after the 15th century, which represented a turning point in the construction of trumpets. Those who are familiar with these musical instruments know that trumpets nowadays have valves, although the earliest versions didn’t feature any. For many centuries, they were not supposed to delight the audience but instead conveyed the message during battles. That’s why, the trumpet players were extremely important and heavily guarded, because the entire army relied on them to relay the necessary instructions to the troops.
Framed Trumpet Art doesn’t focus too much on the military role of the musical instrument and instead celebrates its contribution to quality music. The new features introduced during the Baroque era are definitely the most important ones for the artist playing the trumpet. Not surprisingly, this period was commonly referred to as the Golden age of the trumpet and some great music was written particularly for the ones who were well versed in the art of playing this instrument.
