Carolee Vitaletti grew up in upstate New York. She studied at Rochester Institute of Technology and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine art in Graphic Design. She’s now an established artist working and living in Williamsburg, Virginia with her two children, her husband and their dog named Teddi. Her heart warming collection of Cat and Dog Art is very personal and comforting. She loves animals and that’s why she has decided to have them as her subject matter. Her Wildlife collection shows her design ability and creativity and her love of nature, layers of textures, bright colors and most importantly, animals. She knows how to captures the inner beauty of each animal she paints through the luminous texture of their coat and the loving spirit in their eyes. Her art has been featured in Modern Dog magazine. Her colorful and lush backgrounds engulf each animal in an interior design setting, making her art to be able to be used in decorating any room. Carolee is very keen to detail, and on her animal paintings you can easily see the individual strands of fur. She captures the animals in the natural mood to reflect their true character.
