The abstract visual artist, Nikki Galapon, resides in Glen Allen, Virginia. She trained as an architect and the training is much evident in her work especially how she balances the geometric and organic structures in her pieces. She works in watercolor, oil, acrylic, and does mixed media work with vintage materials. She renders the images with visible brush strokes that transform them into something more realistic. Nikki now produces an array of delightful high quality paintings and many fine drawings. She always looks at different methods of creating and presenting images so that the final products are not only unique and attractive but also inspiring. She has been a tremendous source of inspiration to many upcoming artists in Virginia, and the whole world. In her quest for inspiration, she travels and reads a lot.
