Dee Ann Pederson is a member of NANPA and the NANPA Foundation Board, which she’s a signature member. Her pieces of art have been sold for editorial and commercial use and have been licensed for use on clothing and on many other products. She enjoys sharing her passion through her photographs and leading photographic expeditions across all over the world. She specializes in wildlife and nature photography. Her love for nature began at a very young age and used to take her time just to admire what nature had to offer. However, it was during a family vacations to visit the natural wonders and national parks that got her hooked to the arts. And in her teens, she began to cultivate her passion for photography while she was working as an assistant to another photographer. Today, she’s counted among the best photographers in the world. She has a wide network of clients and this network include some of the most esteemed clients from around the globe. The network is ever expanding as more and more satisfied clients join in. Her wanderlust and abundant energy have led her around the globe in search of the splendors of nature. She provides financial support to communities/organizations including The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (Kenya), Polar Bears International, The Cougar Fund, Conservation International, National Audubon Society, East Africa Wild Life Society (Kenya), The Houston Zoo, Jane Goodall Institute, The Nature Conservancy, National Wildlife Federation, The Sierra Club, and African Wildlife Foundation.
