Framed Tea Pot Art
Teapots are not just for boiling water and making tea anymore. Artists are making them come to life in framed tea pot artwork. The tea pot has been a part of history for many, many years and is also a part of art history. Each artist that chooses to create tea pot art brings their own flair and style to the table which gives art lovers a great selection.
Helen Vladykine is an artist that likes to bring a plethora of color and detail to her framed tea pot paintings. Two of her best works are “Russian Tea”, “Asian Tea “, and “Moroccan Tea”, both are very desirable to lovers of art. Alain Pelletier takes the complete opposite approach and keeps it basic with shades of beige and brown.
Serena Bowman took a shot at creating framed teapot pictures and hit the mark with her colorful teapots trimmed in flowers and leaves set on a solid bright colored background. Amelie Vuillon uses the teapot in her work as a vase for beautiful pastel flowers in a variety of species. This picture brings detail and delicacy to the canvas and can bring art to any room.
Photographers Danita Delimont and partner Cindy Miller Hopkins capture true color and beauty in their picture of the enamel teapots in the Moroccan market. Teapots in art is not a modern thought, in 1899 Paul Gauguin painted a teapot in his painting “Teiera Brocca e Frutta”. Even the famous Vincent Van Gogh dabbled in the world of painted teapots.
