French Kitchen Wall Art
The thought of a French kitchen should bring to mind a wonderful combination of sights and smells. From croissants to coffee to fresh fruit pastries, the French have a way with food that has inspired many kitchens in both décor and design. Using art in your kitchen design will inspire some of those same smells and image, regardless of your geographical location – or cooking abilities!
French Kitchen Art Wall Art revolves around those things that made the French cuisine so popular, such as fine wine, fancy cheese and the famous baguette. For many centuries, the French took all the meals of the day very seriously and the ritual of serving breakfast, lunch and dinner is celebrated in artwork. A usual day starts with a cup of coffee and tasty croissant, so it comes as no surprise that so many vintage posters and drawings feature one or both of them.
French Kitchen Art is not only centered on the culinary delights that made the French cuisine famous, but also the manner in which the meals are served. The proper displaying of silverware and the elegant napkins do a fine job at enhancing the visuals and turning a regular meal into a memorable dining experience. Some of the posters have iconic Parisian sites in the background, such as the Eiffel Tower to maximize the effect created upon the audience. Short quotes in French are also often added to French kitchen wall art to complete the look and feel in a way that creates a true French dining experience in your home.
