Helena Alves was born in Brazil. That’s where she grew up and also obtained her bachelor of fine arts degree Fine Arts. Helena loved art from her childhood. At a tender age, she began sketching, drawing and painting very attractive images that caught the attention of many observers. She could be seen drawing, painting and sketching images on any surface that was available. Today, she’s a professional artist who has sold more than 3000 paintings, and has received commission on two churches (facade and stained glass windows). She has produced hundreds of pieces of art that today adorn the walls of many building around the world. She also has hundreds if not thousands of fans found in all corners of the world. Surprisingly, her fan-base is still expanding. The framed Helena Alves art are easily recognizable among the works of other artists. This is because he used a unique style. Helena has taught in university, and her works of art are on permanent exhibition in Brazil at the Supreme Court. She has had solo exhibitions at United Nations -Secretariat Building, De Almeida Gallery, Village Latch Inn, United Nations, Cine Pireneus, Goias State Visual Arts Association, Multiarte Gallery, St. Paul Park Hotel, Interior Cabinet Ministry, John Wicliffe English School, Varig, Alliance Francese, House Of Representatives, St. Paul Park Hotel, Central Bank, Joshua’s Place, Senate – Congress, House Of Representatives, among others. Currently, Helena is a member of East End Art Council, Southampton Artist Association, and healing practitioner and is also a Real Estate agent.
