Jess Aiken Art

Jess Aiken holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from State University of New York at New Paltz, where she studied from 1999 to 2003. She believes that surrendering to her artistic instincts and letting his talent and imagination work the canvas provide continuing education to his self-awareness. From her early childhood, a paper, pencil and other art materials took her to places and taught her structures and rules. She loves the connection between the home and art, so moving on to designing art for the home was a natural progression. She started her art career working in interior design and feels that all leading artists must go through the process of surrendering to their instincts. Art has given her the freedom to explore her vision and imagination. Jess is grateful to be able to make a living out of art. Her skills include Typography, Illustration, Art Direction, Posters, Graphics, and InDesign. Her need to simplify things has become the dominant point of her expression. She has found this process to be tremendously gratifying. Working from her home studio in Rhode Island (Providence), known as the "Creative Capital", she’s is inspired by the dynamic activity of city life and the natural beauty of nearby beaches. She’s the current Art Director at Wild Apple Graphics, and had previously worked at Artist Liaison & NBL, and at Applejack Art Partners/Bruce McGaw Graphics. Framed Jess Aiken art can be seen on the walls of many esteemed buildings and spaces around the world. Jess has been recognized as one of the top contributors to the art of this century.
